a page from my notebook..... when i worked at levi's i'd head into sf around 6am and sit in a coffee shop and draw for two hours or so before work. birds, guns, bicycles are my fave subjects....

a collage style that started with letters to b. and turned into something much more. it is my wintertime project. when the sun goes down and the rains come i'll page through my used picture books again. collaging in this way is my truest love but i'm so easily distracted....

c. brought home some of her kindergartners' valentines for me. the munchkins create some lovely pieces (thanks sam!)

this is the first real drawing i've done in a long time....

i drew it knowing that a few pieces later my style and interests would do a 180- they always do. it'd be nice to be consistent for once in my life!

i drew this machine gun at the monster drawing rally and someone bought it yay!!!! and then i drew it again for a sweet girl who wanted it but didn't draw the right straw (or however soex decides who buys what). anyway, it's an uzi.

shooting spires is my favorite one man band!!!!! unfortunately he's based in brooklyn and won't be crossing the mississippi for a long while yet. boo.
